Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Plans can be adjusted at any billing cycle boundary. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle start. Contact support for plan change requests.
What happens if I exceed my monthly inspection quota?
Each plan includes a fixed inspection quota (Starter: 2, Dealer Pro: 8, Auction Professional: 25). Additional inspections beyond the quota are billed at the tier’s metered overage rate ($249, $219, or $189 per inspection respectively). Usage events are triggered from the backend and billed through Stripe metered billing.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Monthly plans operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. Enterprise agreements are structured through custom terms.
How does API access differ between plans?
Starter plans include dashboard access and report retrieval. Dealer Pro includes dashboard analytics and portfolio segmentation. Auction Professional includes full API access, volatility indices, and dedicated support. Enterprise includes full API access, webhook events, bulk data exports, and custom endpoint configurations.
What is the Performance Edition add-on?
The Performance Edition™ is an optional enhancement available at checkout for any one-time inspection purchase. It adds performance system verification, dyno-correlation readiness assessment, and track-readiness documentation. Domestic/Luxury add-on is $249; Exotic overlay is $349.
